Verslay uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power its business agents. This disclaimer explains the nature, limitations, and your responsibilities when using AI-generated content through the Verslay platform.

AI-Generated Content

All content produced by Verslay agents — including but not limited to emails, reports, analyses, recommendations, and summaries — is generated by AI models. While our agents are designed to produce helpful, accurate, and contextually relevant output, AI-generated content:

  • May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
  • May not reflect the most current data, regulations, or market conditions.
  • Should be reviewed and verified by a qualified human before being acted upon.
  • May produce different results for the same input on different occasions.

Not Professional Advice

Verslay agents do not provide professional advice. Specifically, AI-generated content from Verslay is not a substitute for:

  • Legal advice — Always consult a licensed attorney for legal matters, contract review, compliance questions, or regulatory guidance.

  • Ensuring that any communications sent through connected services (Gmail, etc.) are appropriate and accurate.
  • Making your own informed decisions — AI output should inform, not replace, your judgment.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of AI-generated content.

Data Handling

Verslay agents process your business data to provide contextual responses. Important notes:

  • Business memory data is stored securely and used only to improve your experience.
  • Connected service data (emails, calendar, CRM) is accessed in real-time and not permanently stored by Verslay.
  • You should not share sensitive personal information (credit card numbers, social security numbers, passwords) in conversations with AI agents.

AI Model Provider

Verslay agents are powered by Anthropic’s Claude AI models, accessed through the claude.ai platform. AI conversations are processed by Anthropic’s infrastructure in accordance with Anthropic’s usage policies. Verslay does not run AI models on its own infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Verslay makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content. In no event shall Verslay be liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
